Shelving and Racking

Racking is composed of two or more upright frames, support beams, and decking of choice.

Racking:
Racking is composed of two or more upright frames, support beams, and decking of choice.
Welding, bolting or clipping are the typical methods to assemble them.
Frames are available in various depths and heights. The depth is determined by the depth of the items stored. The height by the ceiling height, the number of beam levels, and the reachable height.
Beams are available in various lengths and load capacities. The length is determined by the depth of the items being stored or the space available. Beams are normally installed side by side in a bay with the decking of choice located on top of them. The beam capacity is determined by the maximum weights of the items being stored.
Racking components are phosphate pre-treated, then powder-coated (some items wet painted) and baked to give a glossy, durable high-quality finish.
